What a Cloudare engagement usually covers
- Readiness assessment — mandate scope, in-scope entities, document types, and the gap between what the regulator wants and what the ERP emits today.
- Field mapping — the unglamorous core of the work. Tax codes, place of supply, reverse charge, HSN/SAC or equivalent, buyer identifiers, and every conditional field the schema demands.
- ERP configuration — native localisation where the vendor ships one, and a documented extension where it does not.
- Network integration — clearance, reporting or Peppol exchange through the client's chosen ASP, GSP or access point.
- Validation and cutover — sandbox cycles against the regulator, rejection-path testing, and a go-live plan that assumes something will be rejected.
- Post-go-live support — schema version bumps, wave expansions and threshold changes, which arrive continuously.
